Anderson

Adrian Anderson is an Australian author and the creator of The INDEX Universe.

Before writing became a major part of his life, Adrian built a career as an award-winning children's martial arts instructor. Serious injuries changed that path. After spending three years relearning to walk, ongoing chronic pain eventually made it impossible to return to the career he'd worked towards.

But his passion for helping young people remained.

He founded Dream Kids Australia, an initiative dedicated to helping Australian children pursue their dream careers and access opportunities to take meaningful steps towards them.

In his spare time, Adrian began writing a book he thought might only ever be for himself. There was no grand publishing plan. Just a story he wanted to tell.

One book became another. Characters, histories and ideas grew into something much larger than he'd imagined.

That single story became The INDEX Universe — a shared fictional world spanning eight completed novels, with many more stories in development.

What began as something written for himself is now a universe he's preparing to share with readers.
